Caroline has been a bit preoccupied of late so I, Kevin, will fill in for her during this post. My wife is away from her computer as she has been spending her time feeding and caring for our newborn son! Ian Robert McLean arrived early Monday (1:30 A.M.) and was delivered at the local hospital in Saint Cloud. Both mother and child are healthy and resting (well at least Ian is getting some rest) at home after a 3-day stay in the hospital.
Last Friday, knowing that our baby-free evenings were limited, we visited a favorite restaurant of ours, the Creperie of Saint Nom la Breteche. During the year in which we lived in Saint Nom, we would often walk down the street to the Creperie after work to enjoy a traditional crepe dinner. Caroline's mother, Sue, is in town to help out with the new baby and the five us enjoyed a night out together. A few pictures below.

Serena worked up an appetite before dinner by practicing her gymnastics routine in front of the restaurant.
The girl's enjoy the dinner crepes but are a bit more fond of the hot chocolate and the dessert crepes.
In fairness to Sue, I did help her out quite a bit with that dessert in front of her.
Back home after a great meal. The next time the two of us would leave the house together would be on the way to the hospital.
